Job Title: Shipping & Receiving - Warehouse Worker
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Worker for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, packaging, and shipment of small electronic devices and components. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and verify contents against packaging slips or purchase orders.
- Package customer orders securely to ensure items are properly protected for transit.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and ensure timely delivery of customer materials.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing periodic stock checks.
- Organize received materials for storage in designated warehouse locations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing warehouse tasks.
- Utilize proper lifting techniques to safely handle and move heavy packages.
Essential Skills- Two years of shipping and/or receiving experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- GED or high school diploma.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Inventory management
- Customer service oriented
- Data entry
- Experience with SAP ERP
- Proficiency with RF scanners
- Experience with supply chain processes

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, FAA-audited facility with three employees in the warehouse. This role is located at a 3rd party logistics company on site in Twinsburg, OH. The standard working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
