Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Manufacturing Analyst based out of Clearfield, UT.

What You’ll get to Do:

Support staffing, training, production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including manufacturing staffing harmonization, training coordination and compliance, and project facilitation and management.

The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training coordination in core skill areas to technicians, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to project planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or A Masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Current DoD (Department of Defense) U.S. Government security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as required for business needs
  • Must be able to work any shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Proven ability to work projects both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills, ability to counsel, coach, develop, and motivate a diverse group of professionals and personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present information on complex projects to key stakeholders.
  • Experience in MES systems
  • GLX in training certifications, knowledge, or experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in an training environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Salary Range: $76,600 - $115,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
