JOB TITLE: Production Materials Coordinator
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $27/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Process and move production materials between storage, production, and other locations to support various activities, including flight testing.
Support production teams with parts and tools.
Monitor and analyze work-in-process materials.
Manage shipping and receiving of materials.
Update material status using automated systems.
Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain system accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and expedite production activities to prevent delays.
Requirements:
High School diploma/GED, with 1+ years of related experience or equivalent education/training.
1+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management
1+ years of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
1+ years of experience with forklifts and pallet jacks
1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Project management experience
Lift up to 35 lbs
