STS Technical Services is hiring a Program Coordinator to support Harley-Davidson Factory Racing operations in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in race operations logistics, inventory management, and factory race product sales. This position is based onsite at Harley-Davidson’s Product Development Center (PDC) in Milwaukee, WI, with required travel for race weekends and test events.

We are looking for someone with a strong operational mindset, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, ensuring smooth execution of race programs.

Race Team Operations & Logistics

• Manage logistics for race team test events, competition weekends, and other race-related activities.
• Oversee travel schedules, team resources, and event planning to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, deliveries, and procurement needs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support event activations and branding initiatives.

Factory Race Product Sales & Inventory Management

• Oversee the factory race product sales program, including ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution.
• Manage staging, packaging, shipping, and receiving of race parts and technical components.
• Work closely with Accounting to handle invoicing, payment collection, and financial tracking.

Collaboration & Communication

• Build and maintain strong relationships with race team members, suppliers, and partners.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, providing updates on logistics, operations, and part sales.
• Align race team operations with Harley-Davidson’s broader brand and marketing strategies.

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience preferred (Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, motorsports, or technical sales preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing suppliers, vendors, and inventory logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Motorcycle industry experience or a willingness to learn is a plus.

• Onsite role at Harley-Davidson’s Product Development Center (PDC) in Milwaukee, WI).
