Job Title: Logistics Specialist (RMA Team)

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) team. In this role, you will handle receiving, shipping, and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory transactions and RMA processes. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be crucial in investigating product returns and working collaboratively with the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process receiving tasks and shipping operations (75 administrative, 25 receiving and shipping).
- Investigate and process RMAs, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
- Communicate with the Customer Service Manager to address return issues.
- Process returns for refunds and coordinate inspections for returned items.
- Handle inventory transactions in NetSuite, ensuring proper documentation.
- Work with tracking numbers, shipping labels, and various carriers for logistics coordination.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all processes.
- Cross-train to support shipping operations, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven logistics experience, particularly in receiving operations.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in tracking shipments through various carriers.
- Familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational abilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
