Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented and ready to manage the flow of goods and materials? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerks to join our team in Phoenix, AZ!

Role Summary:
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments of goods and materials. Your role will involve verifying and recording shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Confirm and Record Receipts:
Verify and record incoming shipments.
Document damages to inventory.
Prepare Outgoing Shipments:
Organize inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in.
Review incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations.
Logistics and Inventory Management:
Schedule large shipments and plan logistics.
Ensure sufficient storage space for incoming items.
Manage inter-departmental transport of materials.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete shipping and receiving reports.
Troubleshoot shipping issues.

Qualifications:
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
0-2 years of experience.
Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong judgment and experience in managing shipments.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
