12-month contract with opportunities for extension
2nd shift: 2 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. (1st shift may be considered for an exceptional candidate)

Summary:
Program 5-axis milling and multi-turret/multi-spindle lathes using MasterCam.
Develop, edit, and support CNC programs and tooling fixtures.
Assist with first-time runs, program tryouts, approvals, and new product introductions.
Promote Lean activities and provide technical support to CNC operators and machinists.
Ensure product quality and support CNC programs, including possible day or weekend shifts.
Guide and coach other CNC programmers to meet deadlines.
Required Skills:
Expertise in CNC programming and machine shop practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use MasterCam for CNC programming with CAD data and 2D drawings.
Design, implement, and maintain tooling and documentation.
Troubleshoot machining issues and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Support Manufacturing Engineers with routing and special projects.
Perform machine setups and edit G&M code programs as needed.
