Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Define and implement purchasing strategies and standard processes
- Manage material and services tenders, including package identification and contract negotiations
- Perform regular evaluation and development of suppliers for direct and indirect spend
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear specifications and expectations
- Prepare and review contracts, bids, and vendor agreements for legal and commercial accuracy
- Conduct spanet analyses to assess conditions, material availability, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with LH Code of Conduct and Competition Guidelines in tender and supplier management
- Lead or contribute to cross-departmental projects and drive process improvements.

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree in economies, logistics or procurement
- 3 years of proven relevant working experience
- Excellent skills in contract negotiations, including legal terminologies
- General knowledge of logistics processes, including planning, transportation, storage, and purchasing, to contribute to efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also as team member
- Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement within his working area
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
