The role: Strategic Suppliers Executive
You will play a crucial role in nurturing strategic relationships with global and high-value suppliers, analysing performance data, and working collaboratively with Airport Operations teams and Worldwide airport stakeholders to achieve operational and financial targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent resilience, thrive under pressure, and effectively manage complex operational situations.
What you’ll do:
- Manages day to day non-ground handling supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to agreed standards such as linen, cleaning, guarding, etc
- Works with Airport Operations teams and IAG airports to ensure suppliers achieve operational and financial targets.
- Focus on addressing contract leakage, invoice validation and automating these processes.
- Allocated project portfolio – additional work streams may be added during ops normal.

- Maintain WWA database updated.
- Visit stations regularly to meet suppliers, conduct inspections and supervise the operation.
Your Experience:
- Proven track record of working effectively with colleagues and/or customers.
- Resilience and management of confidential and sensitive information
- Supplier Management experience
- Understands Safety and Security implications
