Suppy Chain Management Analyst 2

San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Apply change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Apply Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
  • Coordinate with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers. Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
  • Coordinate part number attributes.
  • Verify the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
  • Release and maintain orders.
  • Document and resolve order delinquencies.
  • Report schedule adherence issues.
  • Apply developed solutions to inventory plans.
  • Analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories.
  • Create schedules for products and services.
  • Coordinate and support process improvements.
  • Work under general supervision.
  • Work under general supervision, and will learn/understand the general materials management competencies including:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree combined with 3 + years of relevant work experience; or Masters Degree combined with 1 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment.
  • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Supply Chain Education or Experience
