Supply Chain Prozessingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Entwicklung neuer Methoden und logistischer Prozessstandards
• Analyse von IST-Situationen und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Konzepte (KVP)
• Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen für Soll-Konzepte
• Phasenweise Durchführung von Projektmanagement (überwiegend Mitarbeit, tlw. Leitung)
• Durchführung von Kapazitätsplanungen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
• Durchführung von Fehlermöglichkeitseinflussanalysen (FMEAs) und Risiko-Bewertungen
• Weiterentwicklung logistischer Performance-Kennzahlen zur Messung operativer Prozesse
• Weiterentwicklung logistischer Prozesse im Hinblick auf Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• Hochschulstudium im Ingenieurwesen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder Techniker/Fachwirt mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik/ Supply Chain Management
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Erweiterte Logistikkenntnisse und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative & innovatives, kreatives Mind-Set
