Team Leader Onsite Material Coordination
Job Description:

Tasks

  • Functional and disciplinary lead over the Onsite Material Coordination team
  • Assign employees to projects. Producing duty roasters (shift plans) in accordance with requirements of running maintenance workload.
  • Enhance a positive and constructive team environment by being a good example for the team
  • Development and/or maintenance of training program, manage all training & qualification activities of the team by ensuring their continuous skills development
  • Perform staff assessments for further skill development and fostering talents
  • Is responsible for the operational, tactical, and strategical coordination of the team responsibilities
  • Assure the quality of the executed tasks in respect to the given, created and developed KPIs

Requirements

  • University degree in relevant area ideally focus on logistics or aviation
  • Relevant professional experience in material management
  • Experience in leading people
  • Experience in working in an international environment and virtual teams
  • Excellent language skills in English
  • Expert Skills with Word, Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft products
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
