Trainee Project Buyer & Bids Support

Job Description:

- Responsible for Direct Procurement interaction and involvement within the KSA Projects
- Initiates RfP, Supplier Selection and PO issuance to local suppliers
- Delivers on Time, on Cost and on Quality for supplied products and/or services in line with the technical requirements.
- Leads a compliant supplier selection process according to Airbus regulations & processes
- Responsible to archive the local procurement POs/Contracts (files & Google Drive)
- Manage and follow any actions between the internal customers and the suppliers
- Manage the Direct Project Procurement forecasts and align with Financial controlling where necessary

- Support the Bid Procurement Manager and Sales teams for local opportunities with KSA customers, and where applicable in other countries in the region

- Bachelors Degree (Business or Supply Chain desirable)
- Good Arabic & English communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical & reporting skills
- Understands economic, cultural and market in Saudi Arabia
- Good creative ability and an eye for detail
- Excellent business, planning and organizational skills
