- Bachelor’s degree in associated discipline is highly preferred, High School graduate.
- Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Certificate required.
- Inspector Airworthiness (IA) preferred.
- Required to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- A Valid Driver’s license is required.
- Conduct brief daily standup meetings with all maintenance personnel for an overview of all work in progress.

Experience:
- Possess an extensive background in the field of aircraft maintenance systems, engines, engine rigging, electrical systems, avionics components, structures, and avionics systems and their interactions with each other, Hydraulic and Flight Control systems.
- Possesses experience training personnel supporting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
