This summary provides a listing of the knowledge, skills and abilities that are critical components for the position of Flight Catering Agent.

The MIA Flight Catering Agent is based out of the MIA Airport and must be local to this work location. This position is full time and will be required to work 40 hours per week supporting a daily flight from MIA.

This position has the following responsibilities:

• Maintain Stock and inventory of inflight Supplies.
• Receive and organize all supplies orders when delivery is scheduled.
• Inform management when stock and supplies are running low for replenishment.
• Restock aircraft with supplies for on board service daily.
• Arrange, pickup and delivery of Crew meals for all flights.
• Other duties as assigned.

In addition, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing to include drug testing and a physical.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able and flexible to work variables shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk long distances, be on your feet for extended periods of time, and work on your feet in uncomfortable situations.
• Proven dependability and positive attitude.
• Position will have to wear a uniform.
• It can be a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
