Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair our fleet of Citation and Hawker jets. The successful candidate will manage accurate maintenance records, perform maintenance planning, and oversee inspections, repairs, and modifications. This role requires comprehensive tip to tail maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair Citation and Hawker jets.
- Manage accurate maintenance records and perform maintenance planning.
- Oversee inspections, repairs, and modifications as assigned.
- Perform complete tip to tail maintenance on aircraft.
Essential Skills- A&P License
- Experience with airframe and powerplant maintenance
- Proficiency in aircraft inspection and repair
- Familiarity with Hawker, Citation, or similar aircraft
- Ability to perform line and phase maintenance
- Troubleshooting and heavy maintenance skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Cessna, Gulfstream, Falcon, Learjet, Beechcraft, or Bombardier aircraft
- Knowledge of avionics and turboprop systems
- Corporate aviation experience
- Strong work history with a commitment to long-term employment
- Entry-level A&Ps with good work history will be considered

Work Environment
Work in a clean aircraft hangar environment, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with approximately 10 overtime. The role is based in Dayton, OH, and involves maintaining sensitive equipment in a controlled setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00
