BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
1. A&P Mechanic
2. Total Knowledge of the Airplane.
3. 5+ years of experience.
4. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
1. Avionics
2. Structures
3. Interior
4. A&P Certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
o Requires being on their feet for long periods of time, climbing ladders, fitting in confined spaces -35 lbs.
o Operating machinery: Scissor lift, Boom lift
o Physical requirements/indoor or outdoor work: Yes, 30%; Aircraft maintenance
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.). Education must be accredited.
WORK HOURS: MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 1st, 2nd SHIFT. Will be asked to work weekends.

Contractors will need to work with the El Segundo badge office to be issued a badge.
