Job Description:
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus upon completion of the first year.
- Possible relocation allowance to the right candidate.
- IA & Pilots License is a plus but not necessary.
- Responsible for maintenance on a fleet of Cessna 206 & 207 aircraft & CE-206 on floats.
- Work will include correcting discrepancies after annual inspections
- 100-hour inspections, daily discrepancies and FAA Compliance with all aircraft and paperwork.
- Types of work will include, but are not limited to: sheet metal, electrical systems, radios, ignition systems, engine work and corrosion control.
We are a community organization that delivers freight, passengers and medevac services to the island communities of mid-coast Maine.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with correcting discrepancies after annual inspections.
- Perform 50, 100, 200 hour & annual inspections.
- Communicate with pilots to address daily discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot all aspects of Continental of IO-520 & IO-550 Engines.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
- Willing to work swing shifts in the summer months.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Able to work long hours as needed in the summer months.
- Must provide own tools.
- Good attitude, proven initiative, punctual and clean & neat appearance.
Job requires Pre-Employment and random drug testing.
Salary Range:
$72,800-$83,200
