IBC Airways is a Caribbean cargo specialist. For decades we have operated daily flights into Freeport, Nassau, Grand Cayman, Kingston, Montego Bay, Port Au Prince, and Providenciales and provide frequent and regular service to Cap Haitian, Guantanamo Bay, Havana, and Marsh Harbor.

• Troubleshoots and repairs aircraft systems, engine, electrical, and avionics malfunctions. 
• Must be highly knowledgeable of the Aircraft Manufacturer’s Maintenance Manual, inspection and maintenance specifications, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. 
• Must provide your own minimum set of tools adequate to perform duties.
• Reports to shift supervisor for work and shift assignments. 
• Must be able to work flexible hours, shifts, and days off. 
• Must be willing to work day or night shift (holidays and overtime as requested).Must have a current Passport

Required Education and Experience:

• Valid A & P Certificate preferred.
• Must meet the 14 CFR 65.83

Recent Experience Requirements: 

• Minimum two (2) years' experience maintaining Saab 340 required or equivalent other aircraft experience.  
• Communication Proficiency, both written and oral.  
• Read, write, and speak the English language.  
• High school diploma, or GED required.

TRAVEL:

• Requires travel outside the U.S from time to time.

• Exposed to high levels of noise, dust, vibration, and chemical fumes.  
• Able to lift 50 pounds without mechanical assistance.  
• Able to bend, twist, squat, and lift.  
• Able to access and work in all areas of the aircraft, including confined areas.  
• Able to climb on ladders and platforms.  
• Able to work in extreme climatic conditions.  
• Able to fly with any airplanes, and travel outside the US, when required.
