Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain daily and weekly work schedules, prioritizing tasks under the Owner’s guidance.
• Performance Reporting: Provide weekly reports on shop performance and productivity to the Owner.
• Aircraft Maintenance: Schedule and perform inspections, repairs, and overhauls based on company priorities.
• Compliance: Conduct 100-hour and annual inspections, ensuring adherence to manufacturer and FAA regulations; document activities in logbooks.
• Team Supervision: Train and supervise company detailers to improve team performance.
• System Monitoring: Monitor "Flight Schedule Pro" for airworthiness status and coordinate maintenance.
• Contractor Coordination: Work with maintenance contractors to approve and oversee off-base maintenance activities.
• Documentation: Ensure logbooks and pilot dispatch books are accurately updated before aircraft return to service.
• Parts Management: Coordinate with the Owner to order parts, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Aircraft Recovery: Retrieve disabled aircraft from runways or taxiways as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid A&P Mechanic license
• Experience in General Aviation
• Ability to manage comprehensive maintenance operations
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Effective coordination with stakeholders, including contractors and the Owner
• Competence in performing inspections and managing aircraft documentation
