Summary:
Provide technical assistance and labor for aircraft repairs, coordinating with maintenance leads and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient repairs and timely return to service.
Carrying out tasks assigned by the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor.
Communicating with customers regarding aircraft maintenance status.
Coordinating with the parts department to ensure materials are available to complete projects on time.
Opening work orders, building maintenance books, and providing inspection support as authorized.
Performing inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems.
Ensuring aircraft are maintained according to the Aircraft Maintenance Manual and General Maintenance Manual.
Exercising good judgment in team environments, aircraft maintenance, and safety.
Maintaining shop facilities, equipment, and tooling.
Required Skills:
A&P License (violation-free) required.
3-5 years of experience in a Part 145 environment; Part 135 experience is a plus.
Familiarity with maintenance reference materials, including Manufacturers Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, and Illustrated Parts Catalogs.
Experience using CMP and CAMP maintenance tracking programs.
Strong customer service, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Drivers License with no major infractions required.
Must own necessary tools for the job.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Gulfstream, Cessna, Embraer, or Bombardier aircraft preferred.
2+ years of supervisory experience is a plus.
