Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair a fleet of Citation and Hawker jets. You will be responsible for managing accurate maintenance records, performing maintenance planning, and overseeing inspections, repairs, and modifications. This role involves comprehensive tip to tail maintenance on various aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair a fleet of Citation and Hawker jets.
- Manage accurate maintenance records and perform maintenance planning.
- Provide management oversight of inspections, repairs, and modifications as assigned.
- Conduct comprehensive tip to tail maintenance.
Essential Skills- A&P License
- Airframe and Powerplant License
- Aircraft maintenance
- Inspection experience
- Experience with Hawker, Learjet, Beechcraft, Cessna, Gulfstream, Falcon, Bombardier, and Challenger aircraft
- General aviation knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- Heavy maintenance experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Citation, King Air, or Hawker aircraft is a plus.
- Airline experience is beneficial.
- Entry-level A&Ps are welcome to apply.
- Good work history (no career contractors).

Work Environment
This role is based in an aircraft hangar with a clean environment. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with approximately 10 overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00
