We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance on General Aviation aircraft in a shop/hangar environment. The role involves conducting annual inspections, avionics updates and repairs, transponder checks, and more. You will work on aircraft such as Cessna 185, Cirrus SRs, and similar models. Given the history of prior inspections and repairs, you will also engage in structural repairs, rewiring, and replacements during annuals. As a Garmin dealer, avionics installs are also a key part of the job.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on General Aviation aircraft, including Cessna 185, Cirrus SRs, and similar models.
- Conduct annual inspections, avionics updates, and repairs.
- Perform transponder checks and basic avionics installations.
- Engage in structural repairs, rewiring, and component replacements as needed.
- Ensure all maintenance and repairs are performed to high standards.
Essential Skills- A&P License
- 4+ years recent experience repairing General Aviation aircraft
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, including general aviation, avionics, and structures
- Ability to crouch, stoop, and bend to access small spaces
- Basic tool ownership
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Specialization in Avionics or Structures, preferably both
- Experience with Garmin avionics installations
- Familiarity with aircraft such as Cessna, Cirrus, and Piper

Work Environment
Work in a hangar and shop space at Wenatchee airport, with space for one aircraft, avionics repair bench area, tools, and parts. Although the space is somewhat cramped, there are plans to move into a larger hangar in the future. The station manager, who is also a mechanic, will work alongside you to problem-solve and ensure quality maintenance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
