Aerotek is currently hiring for 6 A&P mechanics to perform services to our customers aircraft in accordance with FAA/JAA regulations in a Part 145 Repair Station environment. The positions are accountable for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing all corporate aircraft. This is a long term job opportunity with a growing company in a stable, family friendly work environment.
Pay Rate: $35-44 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair corporate aircraft.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on Corporate Aircraft within a 145 repair station, Service Center, or Completion Center environment.
- Work on core aircraft such as Hawker Beechcraft, Cessna Citation, Dassault Falcon Jet, Learjet, Challenger, and/or Honda Jet.
Essential Skills- Minimum of two years performing scheduled maintenance on Corporate Aircraft within a 145 repair station, Service Center, or Completion Center environment.
- Experience with core aircraft such as Hawker Beechcraft, Cessna Citation, Dassault Falcon Jet, Learjet, Challenger, and/or Honda Jet.
- A&P License.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems/components and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Lear, King Air, Cessna Citations, Phase Inspections.
- Corporate aviation experience.
- Skills in Aircraft Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Line maintenance, and Inspection.
Work EnvironmentRepair Station/Hanger environment. Work on teams of 5 employees with on-the-job training. Evaluations conducted weekly by supervisor and DOM. Positions will be M-F 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm with overtime offered during the week after training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00/hr.
