As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for removing and disassembling defective parts, assembling and installing replacement parts, and testing aircraft systems. You will work with advanced aircraft repair capabilities and a wide line station network with approvals for all current and next-generation aircraft, including B747 and 767.
Responsibilities
- Remove and disassemble defective aircraft parts.
- Performing avionic troubleshooting and repairs on software.
- Assemble and install replacement parts.
- Test aircraft systems to ensure functionality.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Conduct inspections and heavy maintenance duties.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an A&P mechanic. Will accept Boeing aircraft (ideally 767, 57, 37, or 47), military aircrafts, Airbus aircrafts, general aviation, regional jets, and corporate jets.
Work EnvironmentShifts include both days and nights, with options for 6pm to 7am or 6am to 7pm. The schedule consists of 3 12-hour shifts followed by 1 6-hour shift.
Shift 1 runs from Wednesday to Saturday
Shift 2 from Sunday to Wednesday

This is a Contract to Hire position with duration of 6 months based out of Miami, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $41.00/hr.
