A&P Mechanic

An organization with locations domestically is currently seeking a qualified aircraft mechanic for the Van Nuys, CA location. The aircraft mechanic will perform a variety of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate business jets, primarily Falcons. Responsibilities include: performing general to complex maintenance tasks on assigned aircraft and related systems, executing aircraft mechanic duties that require strong repair knowledge and troubleshooting, examining, disassembling, and inspecting engines, parts, or other components for wear, warping, breaks, leaks, or other non-conformities or deficiencies, and reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
