Job Title: A&P Mechanic - 1st Shift - ($30-$40/HR)Job Description
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team specializing in heavy maintenance. You will work on a diverse fleet including Falcon 20-5, Falcon 20-F, CRJ 2000, ATR 72-600, Convair 580, Convair 5800, and B-727 200 aircraft. This position involves post-flight inspections, line maintenance, overhauls, and the inspection and repair of airframe components.
Responsibilities
- Perform post-flight inspections
- Conduct line maintenance
- Overhaul aircraft systems and components
- Inspect and repair airframe components
- Diagnose and repair discrepancies
- Ensure appropriate records and signatures are made for the work accomplished
Essential Skills- Valid A&P License
- 5+ years of fixed wing experience
- Experience in heavy maintenance or line maintenance
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repair
- Skills in troubleshooting, engine maintenance, and avionics
- Experience in corporate aircraft and general aviation
- Experience with MRO Maintenance, structures, and sheet metal

Work Environment
You will be working in a well-lit, temperature-controlled hangar alongside approximately 30 other mechanics. The company operates charter and cargo flights, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

This is a 6 month Contract to Hire position based out of Waterford, Michigan.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
