STS Line Maintenance is hiring highly motivated A&P Mechanics to support the daily maintenance operations at our growing station in Mesa, Arizona. The A&P Maintenance Technician will ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest airworthiness standards, providing top-level service for customers. • Report directly to Station Manager and Lead Technicians, partnering with airlines and flight crew.
• Maintain aircraft per FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft airframes and engines.
• Work on B737NG/MAX, A-320 family, E-145/170/175.

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
• Recent A&P experience with turbine-powered aircraft preferred.
• Must pass background checks, drug tests, and customs clearance.
• Proficient with aircraft manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.

• Pay based on experience; annual raises available.
