Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on all aircraft systems in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with FAA and manufacturer specifications. This role requires adherence to Service Bulletins, Air Worthiness Directives, and FAA regulations. You must be capable of performing all maintenance functions unsupervised at any time, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will be working on Falcon, Hawkers, Lears, and Challengers.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all aircraft systems.
- Ensure compliance with FAA and manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to Service Bulletins, Air Worthiness Directives, and FAA regulations.
- Perform all maintenance functions unsupervised.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as assigned.
Essential Skills- 4+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- 1 year of lead experience.
- Active A&P license.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Falcon, Hawker, Lear, Challenger.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working on Falcon, Hawker, Lear, or Challenger aircraft.

Work Environment
You will work 1st shift from 7 AM to 4 PM, with an 8-hour workday and flexible hours. There is not much overtime currently. The job involves working in the hangar and occasionally outside.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
