Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Inspector to join our team. The role involves conducting quality assurance inspections and working closely with technicians in both commercial and government hangars. The position is split between 80 hands-on inspection work and 20 documentation and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance inspections in a commercial hangar, focusing on heavy maintenance for various General Aviation and Corporate Aircraft.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections in a government hangar, focusing on heavy checks on a fleet of Dornier 328 intelligence aircraft.
• Work collaboratively with technicians to ensure all maintenance and repair work meets regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all inspection activities.

• A&P License
• Previous experience with corporate aircraft or general aviation aircraft
• Previous QA Inspector experience
• Stable job history
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and inspection
• Knowledge of heavy maintenance procedures for various aircraft models including Cessna, Falcon, Hawker, Gulfstream, Challenger, Bombardier, Beechcraft, Learjet, and others.

• Extreme attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with technicians
• Heavy maintenance experience on Bombardier Business Jets, Challengers, Globals, Hawkers, Gulfstreams, King Airs

Work Environment

Work in climate-controlled, FAA-regulated hangars. The standard work schedule is Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime. Enjoy a casual dress code while performing your duties.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
