• Our client is an FAA 145 Repair Station located at Pinal Airpark in Marana, Arizona (KMZJ), emerging as a leader in end-of-service solutions for aircraft worldwide. Under minimal supervision, the Inspector performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures.

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and some general aviation aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document maintenance activities and findings accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with 2 years in a Quality Control function and 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

• A&P certification preferred.
• Basic set of tools required.
• Protective shoes (steel or composite toe) required.

• Work is primarily performed outside, and the role requires the ability to work in inclement weather. The standard shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime. The position is contract-to-hire, with potential for direct hire around 6 months, based on attitude and performance. Compliance with FAA Drug Test and BG Check is required.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marana, Arizona.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
