Key Responsibilities:• Supervise a team of airframe, powerplant, and sheet metal structural technicians, ensuring they have the right skills, training, tools, and equipment to operate safely and efficiently.• Direct and manage all aircraft maintenance activities, including repair and modification, completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting FAA and KA standards.• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective customers.Requirements:• A minimum of 10 years& 39; experience in aviation management, specifically maintaining complex, large category, multi-engine, turbine-powered, fixed-wing aircraft.• Bachelor& 39;s degree preferred.• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic license required, with FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) license preferred.
