It was founded in 2014 to support front-line firefighters with world-leading technology and aerial fire suppression systems. About the Role
Bridger Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated individual who can work well under pressure to meet quick deadlines with little outside guidance and supervision to fill the position of Aircraft Maintenance Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and overhaul for our CL-215T fleet of aircraft. The Aircraft Maintenance Contractor reports to Vice President of Maintenance.
This position works six days a week, 10-hour days (Monday through Saturday) for three months, through June 15, 2025. There is no requirement to live in Belgrade, MT.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance and inspections on CL-215T aircraft, engines, propellers, and components.
- Read and interpret technical publications such as maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins, engineering orders and airworthiness directives.
- Completes maintenance records in accordance with FAA and company requirements.
- Maintain work order status using Winair or other maintenance tracking software.
- Capable of working independently or with a team as required.
- Maintain work area and tool control in Accordance with Company Standards and Procedures
- Maintain your company training requirements and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- All required tools will be provided during the contract period.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship or ability to work in the U.S. required.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Ability to obtain a rental car.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screening.
- Ability to be insured on company vehicles.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations (FAR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under no supervision and high pressure.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
