Description
Aircraft Mechanic is responsible to perform aircraft maintenance as directed by a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, Aircraft Technician or Aircraft Lead Mechanic. Main duties include:
• Performing aircraft routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.
• Liaising solutions for defect rectification.
• Informing and advising Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) and Supervisor Maintenance (SVM).
• Ensuring quality and company procedures are fulfilled.
• Ensuring safety precautions are fulfilled.
• Maintaining documentation standards.
• Maintaining good housekeeping.
• Carrying out aircraft handling.
• Effecting special projects.
• Supporting Lead Mechanic, Aircraft Technician and Licensed Aircraft Engineers in regards to their duties.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following Qualification, Experience and skills:
Qualification
• Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship in Technical Profession.
Experience
• Five (5) years as a mechanic in airline industry (Part 145 in Line/Base maintenance).
• Knowledge and skills of aircraft technical documentation and procedures.
• Technical Aviation Training.
