Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob Description
We are a Dassault repair and service station seeking skilled Aircraft Mechanics. The ideal candidate will engage in traditional A&P duties, with potential involvement in sheet metal repair based on their skill set. You may be required to undertake day or overnight trips within the region to address AOG issues and ensure planes are quickly back in production. Professionalism in appearance and conduct when interacting with customers, guests, and co-workers is essential.
Responsibilities
- Engage in repair, modifications, and maintenance tasks.
- Support AOG issues with possible day or overnight regional trips.
- Perform maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, and modifications.
- Ensure familiarity with the Quality Control systems and procedures.
- Utilize available resources efficiently.
- Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms according to RSM/QCM guidelines.
- Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements.
- Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives.
- Provide services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices using the 5S system.
- Focus on Human Factors and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
- Observe and adhere to company rules, regulations, safety policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the corporate mission and vision through department goals and objectives.
Essential Skills- A&P license.
- Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, especially CFR parts 43, 91, 145, and 135.
- Ideally 5+ years of experience with private/corporate airframes, though recent A&P school graduates may also be considered.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Falcon Jet aircraft preferred.

Work Environment
Work in a hangar environment with approximately 10 people. The facility is looking to scale and establish true departments. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for early starts during warmer months due to non-climate-controlled conditions. Be prepared to work as needed to support business volumes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.89 - $38.00/hr.
