Aircraft Mechanic - Little Rock, AR!Job Description
We are seeking skilled aircraft mechanics to assist with Star Link installations, which come with additional structural requirements. You will be responsible for performing tasks efficiently and up to quality standards, including maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, fueling, and defueling of aircraft. Professionalism in appearance and conduct when interacting with customers, guests, and co-workers is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and quality standards.
- Utilize applicable technical data for maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, fueling, and defueling.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual.
- Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms as outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives.
- Provide services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices using the 5S system (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain).
- Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and aim for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
- Observe and administer company rules, regulations, safety policy, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the corporate mission and vision through the achievement of department goals and objectives.
Essential Skills- Experience with airframe and aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and modify Dassault Falcon Jet aircraft systems.
- Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly CFR parts 43, 91, 145, and 135 as required.
- Must have at least an A license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with heavy maintenance and jet aircraft.
- Knowledge of aviation installation.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled hangar with positions available on 1st shift (M-F, 7a-3:30p), 2nd shift (M-Th, 3:30p-2a), and weekend shift (F, Sat, Sun, 7a-7p). Weekend shifts involve working 36 hours but being paid for 40 hours. Some overtime may be expected based on business demands.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
