Aerotek Aviation is looking to hire Aircraft Mechanic and A&P Mechanics to support a Short-Term Contract in Ontario, CA.

Job Description
- Primary responsibility is to complete C Check on experimental ( R & D) testbed B727 Aircraft.
- Duties will include but are not limited to the following: - Visual Inspection of Aircraft Exterior - Functional checks on aircraft systems - Lubrication - Structural inspection - Fluid level check - Tire and brake check - Avionics system check - Flight control check - Engine check - Interior refurbishment
Qualifications
- Min 3 years’ experience in a MRO or Part 121 facility
- A & P license (Preferred)
- Experience on wide body aircraft Experience with maintenance manuals and software
- Ability to obtain a SIDA Badge
- Must have the basic tools (Specialty tools will be provided)
Work Environment
- Work will be performed in a Hanger at Ontario Airport
- The first week will involve completing their INDOC program and some training
- There are two shifts
- Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
- Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm
- Candidates will ideally be open to both
- Some OT and Saturdays may be required
Compensation Breakdown:
- Local: $45-$55 an hour
- Per Diem: $50 - $63an hour (must be eligible)

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00
