Job Title: Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $30-38/hr (depending on experience)
Overview: Join our family-owned and operated company in Denver, CO, as an Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and integrity of aircraft structures by performing aviation and backshop structural repairs and modifications on various Boeing military aircraft.
Shift:
- 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- Overtime: Up to 2 hours a day, not guaranteed or required
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and perform general repairs under the supervision of a lead technician
- Work on a bench to repair, modify, refurbish, and fabricate sheet metal structural assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Handle a variety of fasteners, riveting, bending, countersinking, and precision drilling
- Work on structural components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps, etc.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to aircraft maintenance
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics
- Basic mechanical skills and aptitude or previous training with sheet metal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
Work Environment:
- Large, climate-controlled backshop with a great work culture
- 40 employees total, fostering a close-knit, supportive environment
Interview Process:
- Duration: 4 hours
- Includes a structural test, written test, and verbal interview
- All interviews start at 7:00am

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $33.50
