Job Title: Aircraft Structural Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly skilled Aircraft Structural Technicians for three distinct positions. These positions involve working with various types of aircraft, including flight controls and structural components, corporate jets, general aviation turboprop aircraft, and government intelligence aircraft. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing these aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Structures Backshop: Repair, refurbish, and fabricate flight controls and structural components such as elevators, ailerons, rudders, leading edge flaps, slats, spoilers, and stabilizers.
- Commercial Hangar: Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on a variety of corporate jets and general aviation turboprop aircraft in a Part 145 MRO setting.
- Government Hangar: Conduct C & D Checks on a fleet of Dornier 328 intelligence aircraft.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of total experience in aviation maintenance.
- Proficiency in riveting and precision drilling.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in aviation sheet metal maintenance, repair, and modification.
- Basic set of tools owned by the candidate.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Heavy maintenance experience preferred.
- Corporate aircraft experience preferred.
- Stable job history.

Work Environment
Work in climate-controlled FAA-regulated hangars with a casual dress code. The shifts are either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime is often available but not guaranteed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
