Summary:
Maintain, repair, and modify aircraft structures and components, including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuel systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues using technical knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems.
Interpret blueprints and technical manuals to perform structural repairs and modifications.
Use specialized aircraft tools, including test equipment, torque wrenches, micrometers, and sheet metal brakes.
Ensure compliance with technical publications and maintenance procedures.
Lead teams on complex tasks and log maintenance records as required.
Prioritize workload to meet project schedules.
Overhauling and repairing F18 structures.
Requirements:
Aircraft structures experience with F18.
Close tolerance drilling and precision measuring skills.
Blueprint reading and part location experience.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
