You will be responsible for assembling and inspecting the product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. Your work area will be your responsibility, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of products in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and youll work out of our Columbus, OH location.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that products are assembled correctly and on time, contributing to the overall success of the Industrial Automation business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble components and subassemblies of industrial automation products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Set up and change over equipment.

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing.
- 1+ years of Electrical Soldering experience.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams.

- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
