You will be the Assembler for our dynamic Production Team. Our team is responsible for bringing electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies to life, working on a wide range of projects from modules and boards to panels and cables.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Assembler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations, to ensure the highest quality products. You will work from diagrams and drawings, using hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to bring our designs to life. Your responsibilities will include:
•Performing assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
•Making initial layouts and using hand and power tools to complete tasks
•Conducting continuity checks and quality inspections to ensure high-quality products
•Disassembling, modifying, reworking, reassembling, and testing experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies
•Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines

Basic Qualifications:
Trained to IPC and J-Standard 001
Experience in electrical assembly and soldering
Since this facility requires special access, all candidates must be a US citizen.

Perform proficiently for a minimum of 3 months, actively participate in the PMT process, perform routine, repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent, methods and processes are well established. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
