Hiring Aviation Assemblers in Broomfield, COAre you passionate about aviation and have experience with turbine engine components? We are looking for skilled Aviation Assemblers to join our team in Broomfield, CO. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards of quality and safety we are known for.
Pay: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr (with opportunities for advancement)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (optional overtime before or after hours or on Saturdays).
Job Description:- Disassemble, reassemble, and calibrate aviation turbine engine accessories.
- Work from blueprints and schematics to assemble and disassemble aircraft components.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assembled parts.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
- Handle PT6A and Rolls Royce 250/350 accessories.
- Manage Honeywell and Woodward fuel controls (FCU), fuel metering units (FMU), hydro mechanical units (HMU), and governors.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:- Experience with aviation turbine engine accessories, including calibration.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanical aptitude and aircraft maintenance experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
