Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

• Coordinate a cross functional team within production and supply chain (i.e. Technologist, mechanics, planner, quality, logistic) to deliver development engines per schedule.
• Provides project management structure and team support in the area of engine assembly.
• Assure assembly readiness capacity and capability to meet program requirements.
• Verify that all requirements from Engineering/Certification are implemented in assembly manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with System/Model Engineers, Evaluation Engineers, Instrumentation Project Manager to evaluate design changes impacts and feasibility.
• Lead improvement plan in assembly area to reduce lead time and cost.
• Communicate assembly KPI and action plan to leadership
• Work in shifts 24/7

• Bachelor´s/Engineer´s degree in engineering from accredited university or college or proven knowledge of general mechanic.
• Manufacturing working experience, preferably in assembly.
• Program or project experience in industry
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in challenging environment
• Knowledge in mechanic and assembly processes is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English language.
• Czech language is a plus
