JOB TITLE: Assembly Tech - Composite and Metal
LOCATION: Salt Lake City, UT
PAY RATE: $21-30/hour DOE

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assemble composite and metal components per engineering specifications and blueprints.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly tasks.
Inspect assembled parts for quality compliance.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean work environment, following safety protocols.
Document assembly processes and maintain accurate work records.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred).
Proven experience in composite and metal assembly (aerospace or manufacturing industry preferred).
Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Familiar with assembly techniques and tools for composite and metal fabrication.
Strong attention to detail and quality commitment.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
MUST BE US PERSONS
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable working in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling) for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
