Job Title: MRO ADMINJob Summary:
Coordinate day-to-day tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to repair station work order management, supply orders, expense budgets and SAP management. Candidate will be required to interface with customers; hangar personnel and company departments to ensure efficient work order flow in the hangar and final invoicing to customer. He/she must also possess strong organizational skills, follow-up, proactive approach to new processes, correction of process deficiencies, computer, and personal relation skills.
Pay and Shift
- 7 am - 5 pm , Monday - Friday
- 24-26/hr - depends on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and efficient management of CMRO work orders.
- Work closely with the Maintenance manager and Quality Control Manager to develop work order setup structure that meets the work demands of Maintenance and Quality.
- Assist preparing invoices for customers
- Tracking and assisting with inventory management to include shipping/receiving.
- Coordination to AWPC Internal Services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance coordinator role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic knowledge of tool maintenance and calibration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
