Blade Technician

Responsibilities:
- Work from work orders, process sheets, verbal or written instructions.
- Diagnose and repair blade damage by replacing components.
- Perform and support assembly or bonding together shaped components using adhesives and composite materials.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools such as mallets, scissors, knives, dremel, sanders and drills.
- Assist in moving fixtures as necessary or required.
- Continuously give input ideas to improvements on technical documentation, work instructions and certification process.
- Working to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that targets are met.
- Clear communication skills
- Motivated by teamwork and a positive mindset.
- Responsible for own work.
- Detail-oriented.
- On the job training for qualified candidate.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
- Experience with composites helpful. However, we will train qualified candidate.
Physical Demand:
- Lift and push up to 25lbs occasionally little higher.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6AM to 2PM with ample opportunity for OT.
