Job Description:
Airbus Commercial is looking for a CBTA Maintenance Training Instructor (h/f) with instructional design and teaching experience to join our Airbus Customer Services team, Training Center based in Toulouse, France.
The Technical Training Development team is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and deployment of maintenance and structure training solutions and products.
You will be working in a challenging , dynamic an innovative business context planning, ensuring governance and overseeing the successful delivery of maintenance training solutions and products. You will be in charge of defining the future maintenance training concept and launch the next generation of maintenance simulator training devices in Airbus.
We are looking for you to become our Competency Based Training Assessment (CBTA) Instructor to:
Update the Airbus maintenance training reference by defining Airbus CBTA maintenance training concept.
Practical implementation of Airbus CBTA maintenance training concept.
Define the new Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process adapted to Competencies and Observable Behaviors.
Design CBTA courses syllabi.
Create business requirements for material and assessment training solutions to support Airbus CBTA maintenance training concept.
Lead the transition on CBTA approach for Airbus maintenance training.
Influence regulation and standards on the adoption of Airbus CBTA training concept.
Manage the project for the next generation Airbus Competence Trainer (ACT) embarking CBTA concept and leading edge maintenance simulator training device technologies.
You boarding pass:
Ideally Competency Based Training Assessment (CBTA) knowledge and expertise or at least experience on training needs analysis
EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence B1.1 or B2 with Airbus aircraft type endorsed.
Experience on Airbus aircraft type Maintenance and/or Engineering.
Experience participating in CBTA working groups with EASA, ICAO or aircraft maintenance training associations.
Working knowledge on Human Factors (HF) on aircraft maintenance.
Need-to-have: proven experience on Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT) or Maintenance Simulation Training Devices (MSTD) project management.
Nice-to-have: experience on project manager Data Analytics, AII, simulation, cloud-based solutions, VR/AR/MR solutions.
Experience managing deliverables and milestones On Time on cost and on Quality
Leadership, communication and team building
Autonomy, organization and efficient in work process
English advanced level required
