Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security.
- Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative and user support tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in analytics, informatics or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented
- Software configuration
- CRM Software
Physical Requirements:
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.
- Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
- May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10lbs. (standard for office roles)
