Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Execute Standard Operating Procedure to meet customer’s requirements

• Check required gap limit and update in the system

• Calculate number of repaired blades & vanes for grinding, widening, and part change-out to achieve gap limit

• Perform activities with related functional departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders

• Perform packaging requirement after end gapping

• Carry out weekly cell housekeeping

• Assist Finished Part Store in component parts receiving, storage, and retrieval

• Assist Finished Part Store in scanning and retrieval of document from the system

• Perform scheduled checking of Spools, tools, gauges and the validity of chemicals used

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 3 years of relevant experience

• Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English

Desired Characteristics:

• Knowledge in Inventory Management

• Basic knowledge in IT (e.g., Microsoft Office)

• Able to operate Automated Storage Retrieval System/Lean Lift for parts storage and retrieval
